ClipFactory · Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated September 2026
This policy explains what data ClipFactory accesses when it publishes
clips to a connected social account, and how that data is used.
01
Data we access
- Platform access tokens — obtained through each platform's
official OAuth flow, used only to publish video content to the authorizing
account.
- Basic account identifiers (e.g. channel or account name, ID)
needed to route a rendered clip to the correct destination account.
- Video and transcript content processed locally to select and
render clips; not sold or shared with third parties.
02
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share access tokens or account data with third parties.
- We do not use platform data for advertising.
- We do not store platform data longer than needed to operate the posting
pipeline.
03
Revoking access
Account owners can revoke ClipFactory's access at any time from the connected
platform's own app-permissions settings (e.g. TikTok → Settings →
Manage apps).
